### How does the case quota system work?

Each subscription plan includes a yearly quota of cases based on complexity levels. Micro complexity cases count as 1, Medium complexity cases count as 3, and Macro complexity cases count as 5 against your quota. You can purchase additional cases when your quota is exhausted.

### Can I switch between billing cycles?

Yes, you can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. Yearly plans offer a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.

### What happens if I exceed my case quota?

You can purchase additional individual cases when your quota is exhausted. The cost depends on the case complexity tier.

### How do I get started with Enterprise?

Contact our sales team to discuss your specific requirements. We'll work with you to create a custom solution that fits your organization's needs and budget.

### Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Subscriptions have a 12-month commitment, whether billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime in Settings → Billing. Cancel within the final 30 days of your commitment and access ends on the commitment date. Cancel earlier and the subscription renews once more, ending 12 months later.
