    Email, call, or WhatsApp your practice on its connected line, or open the intake link they send you. Whichever channel you use, a case opens automatically.

  2. 2.Describe your matter

    Speak or write in your own words, whether a voicemail, a WhatsApp message, or an email. Relex's agent replies on the same channel, asks what it needs, and evaluates your case.

    Review the invoice, pay, and your case activates.

  1. 1.Connect your knowledge & intake channels

    Upload playbooks, templates, and past matters, and connect your email, phone, and WhatsApp. Relex learns how your practice works, privately, and turns any inbound message into a case.

  2. 2.Open a case

    Start a matter yourself, send an intake invitation, or let a client reach you by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

  3. 3.Evaluate & activate

    Relex evaluates the matter and the case activates.

    Add contracts and evidence. Names and IDs are pulled out in your browser, encrypted with a password only you know, then stored encrypted.

    The case agent drafts filings and letters in your style, grounded in your practice's know-how. Work in the interface or through Claude — and validate a client's own draft before it goes out.

  3. 3.Review & collaborate

    Invite colleagues and outside experts into the case to comment, edit, and approve.

  4. 4.Resolve & deliver

    Close the matter and export the finals with every real name and detail put back — locally, just for you. Invoicing and payouts run through the Partner Network, straight to your own account.
